Minimum Requirements
B Degree in HR Management / Industrial Psychology
4 Years’ Generalist HR Business Partner experience in the retail or agricultural retail industry
Ability to engage and effectively communicate with a high level of proficiency at different levels
Excellent IR knowledge
Strong administrative skills and an eye for detail
Own transport and willingness to travel.
