Marizanne Young, the owner and founder of Carpe Diem, offers 35 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, successfully placing top caliber applicants in the corporate world.

After completing a BA Hons degree in Industrial Psychology (Human Resources Management) at Stellenbosch University, Marizanne started her career as a lecturer in Business Studies in 1995. In 1997 she accepted a position as a recruitment consultant at a national recruitment company. After gaining sufficient experience, she took the next step in 2003 when she started her own recruitment company based in Paarl.
