Duties
Responsible for all compensation funds and benefit programs
Develops, implements and monitors remunerations policies, systems and procedures. Making recommendations to senior management regarding same
Responsible for the preparation in statutory returns relaxing to tax, social and regulatory obligations to the relevant government departments or local authorities. Prepare and follows HR budget including any collective bargaining agreements.

Minimum Requirements
National Diploma or degree related to remuneration / compensation field
8 Year’s extensive remuneration & benefits experience in a retail or agricultural retail related industry
Must include 5 years’ experience as Head of a Remunerations Department
Advanced knowledge and experience in employment & compensation and tax laws
Advanced knowledge and experience in pension fund administration
Excellent MS Office and payroll operating system experience.
Experience with Sage 300 operating systems will be advantage
