The Role
As Executive Manager Information Manager, you will lead and shape the company’s information management, data, and AI strategy, driving innovation and transformation across the business.
This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide decision-making through cutting-edge AI and analytics, oversee critical systems and infrastructure, and ensure technology initiatives deliver operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in positioning the company as a data-driven, digitally enabled organisation.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead a transformative information management and AI agenda that fuels business
growth, operational excellence, and innovation.
- Modernise systems, analytics, and AI platforms to deliver actionable insights and automation, while ensuring enterprise-wide governance, security, compliance, and optimisation of technology infrastructure and vendor partnerships.
- Build a high-performing, future-ready team and cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and inclusion that propels the organisation forward.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related field, complemented by at least 8 years of progressive experience, including senior management leadership exposure.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI, data and technology focus areas to organizational objectives.
- Proven track record in delivering complex, high-impact projects and leading digital and AI- driven transformation initiatives.
