Introduction
Our client provides financing to panel beaters by supplying the parts required to repair vehicles after insurance claims have been authorized.
Further financing can also be provided to bridge the payment terms with the insurers after the repair work was completed.
The Claims Administrator / Trader is responsible to manage her clients’ transactions and facilities and to handle all queries. She needs to follow up on transactions and payments.
All processing is done on an inhouse system. The applicant will be part of a team of 6 employees. Training will be provided by the client. The client prefers an Afrikaans speaking female for this specific role.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities Receiving claims from clients
Verifying claims details with insurance companies.
Preparing payments to clients.
Authorise suppliers to deliver parts.
Ensuring insurance companies make payments according to daily list provided by the system.
Log into client’s bank account in order to transfer payments from the client’s account to the company account.
Allocate payments to claims paid out.
Manage clients to stay within limits; making sure that no claims will default as a result of payments not received.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Matric – tertiary qualification and additional courses beneficial.
