| Requirements
|
! Diploma or degree in Agriculture (Horticulture) or at least 5 years relevant experience in fruit cultivation of fruit procurement |
| ! Knowledge of fruit cultivation or fruit procurement |
| ! Valid drivers license |
| ! Computer Literacy with a good knowledge of Excel |
| ! At least 5 years relevant agricultural experience in a fruit environment |

| KPA’s and Responsibilities |
! Establish and maintain working relationships and contractual agreements with producers |
| ! Execute Fresh Produce Sourcing plan |
| ! Manage optimal utilization of logistic resources at intake-depots in designated geographical area |
| ! Determine the size of the crop and update crop estimates |
| ! Audit agricultural practices |
| ! Scheduling and monitoring of fresh produce with regards to checking of the delivery as well as the quality at depots and cold stores |
| ! Agricultural support and counseling service to growers |
| ! To uphold and continue the good image of the company |
| ! Manage and co-ordinate contract farmers |
